    Cathy was great! We were moving to SLC. Cathy searched and visited properties and provided excellent feedback to narrow our choice. She is a no-nonsense, clear communicator and we used Facetime with her frequently. Cathy listened to our needs and found us the perfect property!

    I have never dealt with a real estate agent as knowledgeable, savvy, and attentive to marketing a property and closing the sale as Cathy Richards and her colleagues at Engel & Volkers in Park City, UT. She and her team were terrific in every respect, and in my view, earned every penny of the commission they received on the sale. If I were selling another property in the Park City, Utah, area, I would consider using only one agent -- Cathy Richards. Expert, attentive knowledge applied to active and focused marketing of the property.
