Demand returned to pre-covid “normal levels". The six-month comparison for pended sales is actually 3% above pre-covid and closed sales are almost the exact same, being less than 1% of normal. However, each of our market segments have responded somewhat differently with an easy example of trend for number of sales between say Heber and Kamas.
